Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-01. 38-0 collects almost nothing — here is exactly what happens with your data.
The Short Version
38-0 Premier League is a free static browser game. It has no accounts, no login, no cookies set by us, and no personal data uploaded to our servers. Your game state never leaves your device. We sell nothing and share nothing.
Local Browser Storage
The game saves your progress — Hall of Fame records, achievements, sound settings and Daily Challenge history — in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Analytics
We use two third-party analytics tools to understand how the game is used and to fix problems:
Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps (pages visited, clicks, scroll depth). Clarity may set cookies and collects device and browser information under Microsoft's privacy policy. Google Analytics (GA4) measures aggregate usage such as page views and session counts, under Google's privacy policy. Neither tool receives your game records, and neither is used to build advertising profiles by us.
Third-Party Links
The game links to Ko-fi for voluntary support. If you follow that link, Ko-fi's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.
Children & Changes
The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Questions? Reach us via the Ko-fi page.
Back to the game Private by design — your season lives on your device, not our servers.
