The Short Version

38-0 Premier League is a free static browser game. It has no accounts and no login, our own code sets no cookies, and your game state never leaves your device. Advertising and the two analytics tools described below do use cookies — here is exactly what each one does. We never sell your personal data.

Local Browser Storage

The game saves your progress — Hall of Fame records, achievements, sound settings and Daily Challenge history — in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Advertising & Cookies

38-0 stays free because of advertising. When ads are shown on this site they are served by third-party vendors, including Google AdSense, and those vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and to other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Serving an ad also involves your IP address and may use web beacons or similar technologies, for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Those cookies are set by the ad vendors, not by us: we cannot read them and we do not receive your personal data through them.

Analytics

We use two third-party analytics tools to understand how the game is used and to fix problems:

Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps (pages visited, clicks, scroll depth). Clarity may set cookies and collects device and browser information under Microsoft's privacy policy. Google Analytics (GA4) measures aggregate usage such as page views and session counts, under Google's privacy policy. Neither tool receives your game records.

Feedback You Send Us

If you use the Feedback button, we store the message you write, plus your email address if you choose to add one, so that we can read it and reply. That is the only information you ever send us — so please do not include anything sensitive.

Children & Changes
